This is my version of the Abdrehfaktor's special carbon web which they call "Disser gewebe". Since the word is German slang I have found the name carbon web. You can the originals here: "Abdrehfaktor" and "Abdrehfaktor-team". Besides the Abrehfaktor and me, I believe that Franz Weisgerber has used the same technique on a S8E glider (rocket boosted HLG) and I have seen a picture of an F1A glider (free flight glider) with the same stuff.

These three pictures show how the carbon web is closer at the center of the wing and sparse at the tip. It is made of the threads from 165 grams carbon cloth. You can also use threads from 93 grams cloth or maybe even threads from 66 grams carbon or 68 grams carbon/Kevlar.

I have just summer ´04) made a Bart Bird 2 wing (23 sqdm) of D-Q cell, 49 grams glass and carbon web like the above - weight 127 grams for a bagged wing in two pieces before cutting the flapperons and gluing the wing together - I think that it is OK.
